Mixing elements of classic jungle with some modern sounds and dynamics that bring it up to date, and pulled together around the sound of iranian protestors shouting ‘Azadi‘, which means ‘freedom’.

Effersay is a London-based producer with a head full of jungle, reggae, breaks, soul and more. He started off playing bass in various bands until he realised that sine waves hit harder and he’s been hanging round the bass bins ever since, developing a style that tries to find the gaps between genres.

His work’s been getting supports from a hugely diverse set of DJs: Om Unit, DJ Food, Freshta, Naty Seres and Chrissy Trax, to name just a few.
