Il 2026 si apre con una novità importante da parte di Reclaim Your City: la label annuncia la nascita della nuova sublabel RYCX, in un percorso caratterizzato da introspezione e potenza pura.
Reclaim Your City, label sviluppata tra Rotterdam e Berlino, rappresenta un punto di incontro tra i gli artisti underground a livello mondiale, concentrandosi prevalentemente sulla scena techno pura e autentica. Tra le esplorazioni possibili di tale mondo, a marzo espande i suoi orizzonti tramite la sub-label RYCX,
Pensata come vera e propria estensione naturale del catalogo principale, RYCX nasce con un’idea ben chiara da parte dei founder: esplorare il lato più minimalista e dub della techno, puntando su sonorità immersive e introspettive. Una musica che si sviluppa come un tunnel sonoro, in cui l’ascoltatore viene immerso a 360°.
Con RYCX, Reclaim Your City amplia il proprio raggio d’azione per catturare a pieno la pura qualità della techno, con tutte le sue sfumature possibili. Il suo sarà un debutto solista sull’etichetta dopo aver già partecipato alla riuscita della label, con una traccia della compilation “Heimat“, nel 2023. E questa prima pubblicazione rispecchia alla perfezione le sonorità di RYCX: una combinazione tra profondità senza compromessi e voglia di scaturire la voglia di ballare degli ascoltatori.

Developed between Rotterdam and Berlin, Reclaim Your City represents a meeting point for underground artists worldwide, primarily focusing on pure and authentic techno. But that’s not all: in March, the label expands its horizons with the introduction of RYCX.
Conceived as a natural extension of the main catalog, RYCX was created with a clear vision from its founders: to explore the more minimalist and dub-oriented side of techno, emphasizing immersive and introspective soundscapes. Music that unfolds like a sonic tunnel, fully enveloping the listener in a 360° experience.

Opening the catalog of the new sublabel is “RYCX01”, crafted by Ruben Ganev.
