Sankeys Manchester ritorna dopo una trasformazione radicale

9 Settembre 2026

Sankey Manchester, new season

Sankeys Manchester returns following a deep transformation

Sankeys Manchester is set to reopen on Saturday 26th September at its new Sidney Street venue, with Low Steppa, Pirate Copy and Mike Morrisey B2B Luca606.

The reopening marks a new chapter for one of the most recognisable clubs on the British scene. Sankeys is returning to a permanent Manchester home for the first time since the closure of its celebrated Ancoats venue in 2017. The new space has been designed to recapture the stripped-back approach that helped establish the brand as a true international institution.

With a capacity of 500, the club features several structural upgrades, including a completely new second room. Carved out of the former green room, the Clandestine Room 2 will offer a more intimate setting, designed for raw, close-up sets. The new space will allow the club to explore different sounds without taking attention away from the main dancefloor, which has also been expanded.

Despite these changes, the policy that has always set Sankeys apart will remain firmly in place: no VIP area and no phones. The programme will continue to prioritise the shared experience over the profile and exposure of each event, while residents and special guests will remain unannounced until the week of each party.

This season will run until 19th December, with events including Tribal Sessions, Moxy and a Halloween party. All the announced artists include Arapu, George Smeddles, Richy Ahmed, Darius Syrossian, Miguel Campbell, Jaden Thompson, Seb Zito B2B Rossko, Grant Nelson and Priku, alongside numerous residents and special guests still to be revealed.
